Does This Sound Familiar?
• Youʼre ready to share your message with the world but are afraid to trust your own wisdom and strength.
• You feel called to do something you’re passionate about, but youʼve put it off because you donʼt believe you have what it takes.
• You want to share your good stuff with the world but are tired of facing the same fears over and over again.
• Youʼve gotten caught up in the daily details, drawn in so many directions, like a tumbleweed that has lost its rootedness, that youʼve forgotten who you are and where youʼre headed.

Who is The Rogue River Retreat for?
This retreat is designed for women who want to take an “inner adventure” as well as an “outer adventure.” It is for women who are willing to go deeper and who are ready to experience a transformation in how they express themselves in the world. It is for women who feel called to live more authentically. No previous rafting experience necessary.

What you will get out of it?
• A greater understanding of the fears that are holding you back, and new and different ways to respond to them, so you can freely share your message with the world.
• The ability to tap into your own inner wisdom and strength, and trust it.
• A loving connection with women who are on a similar journey.

What will you experience on this Retreat?
• Quiet time to nurture, listen and get friendly with yourself.
• Question your thinking, and learn new and different ways to respond to your fears.
• Tap into your inner wisdom and strength, and trust it.
• Experience a loving, supportive and fun group of women who are on a similar journey.

What can you expect from the trip?
Day 1
We will meet at the Riverhouse Lodge in Galice, OR, staying our first night in screened
cabins right on the banks of the Rogue River. Eat fresh, local, delicious food prepared
by the owners for both dinner and breakfast. We will bring our minds together here
before getting on the river the next day.

Day 2-4
Ouzel Outfitters will pick us up at the Riverhouse and take us to the “put-in,” where weʼll
begin our rafting adventure with all-female river guides! We will spend three days and
two nights camping alongside the Rogue. All the meals, camping gear and boats will be
provided. All you need to do is bring your personal gear. A list of recommended gear will
be sent to you upon registration. On the last day, Ouzel will return us to the Riverhouse
and your vehicles. You may choose to stay the 4th night at the Riverhouse if you wish,
but it is not included in the retreat price and youʼll need to make reservations.

Whatʼs Involved?
This is a rafting experience combined with life coaching. Each day you will have three
options—manning your own kayak, paddling in a raft with other women and a guide, or
kick back in an oared raft. That way there is something for everyone and for all fitness

Each day you will experience coaching and coaching related activities such as sit spot,
inquiry, periods of silence & rest, journaling, fire-making, tracking, poetry/storytelling and
conscious movement— which are designed to be playful, evoke curiosity and to
encourage you to think differently about what you believe to be true. Except for rafting,
these activities are always optional. Holding space for you and making sure youʼre
comfortable is my main priority.

$895, Registration deadline is August 22nd
$995, registration after August 8th
Includes double occupancy lodging at the Riverhouse, all meals, camping/rafting gear,
guided rafting, life coaching, transportation to and from points on the river. Price does
not include gratuity.
